Why you should choose to live in Turkey?
Humanitarian residence permit is granted and can be extended by the governorates, provided that the approval of the Ministry is obtained and for a maximum period of one year.
In humanitarian residence permits, the conditions for issuing other residence permits are not sought, the governorship initiates humanitarian residence procedures in case of the conditions listed below:
- In situations where the best interests of the child are at stake
- Rights in Turkey ban on entry or deportation decision was taken even though, leaving the foreigner can not be built or the exit from Turkey or Turkey where not reasonably possible

Foreigners who have obtained a humanitarian residence permit must register in the address registration system within twenty working days from the date of the permit. In addition, people who have a humanitarian residence permit will be able to apply for one of the other residence permits they meet, except for a long-term residence permit. Humanitarian residence permit is canceled and not extended by the governorships when the conditions that require the permission to be granted on the condition of obtaining the approval of the Ministry are no longer valid.
